Information you give us. If you contact us by email or through a form on this site, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Please do not send identity numbers, bank details or tax documents until we have agreed how to exchange them securely.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and the time of the request. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (see below).
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, for clients, for as long as required to provide our services and meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to us contacting you. Email info@almateen.pk and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet, including email, is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
